Once purchased, one of our consultants will contact you to schedule a time to discuss and then draft your Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
Once drafted, the Lasting of Power of Attorney documents must be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian, Pattison James Associates can handle this for you at the time of drafting at no additional cost to you aside from the registration fee of £82 payable to Office of the Public Guardian.
