Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 depending on skills, experience and overall suitability for the role

Location: Camberley (Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm



A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our busy administration department and become an integral part of our 5-star rated Will writing, Estate Planning and Financial Services business, based in Camberley.

We have a team of estate planning consultants operating throughout England and Wales, supported by an experienced office-based administration team. Together we prepare thousands of legal documents each month, including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and related estate planning documents. As part of our wider private client offering, we also assist with estate administration, probate and professional trustee services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents using our software (Wills, Trusts, LPAs, Severance of Tenancy)
  • Daily communication with clients by phone and email
  • Scanning and uploading documents onto the case management system
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone enquiries
  • Proactive outbound telephone calls to clients and suppliers
  • Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date
  • Reviewing client instructions and drafted documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to issue
  • Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks as required

You will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Severance of Tenancy documents
  • The ability to identify errors, inconsistencies and missing information within client files and drafted documentation
  • Experience managing client cases and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • A positive and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Experience of probate or estate administration would be advantageous but is not essential

This hands-on administration and drafting role places a strong emphasis on accuracy, organisation, client communication and case management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client matters are progressed efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional standards of client service.
