Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Estate Planning Consultant to join our 5-star rated national Will writing, Estate Planning and Financial Services business, based in Camberley.
You will primarily be providing advice to both new and existing clients on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate along with introductions to our Financial Services team as appropriate.
You will be responsible for booking your own appointments which will be conducted by a combination of telephone, video-conference and face to face (office-based) depending on client circumstances and needs. Additionally, you will be calling clients to get paperwork returned, resolve billing issues and help tie up any loose ends to help ensure a seemless journey for our clients throughout.
Demonstrable experience is required with full training and support provided on an ongoing basis. You must also be able to demonstrate a consultative attitude with the primary goal being to listen to our clients and share advice as appropriate. The point being that the client may feel they know best on how to structure their Will but often there is a more appropriate way for their Will to be drafted in an alternate manner and in these eventualities, you would need to be able to present this to them and explain why, based on your conversation with them, understanding of their circumstances and their wishes.
